In my opinion Richard shares a good foundation here to develop your own pre-talk, he gives a lot of the insight on what a pre-talk should accomplish and what bases to be certain to cover and especially the importance of developing rapport with your audience. Both the Pre-Talk and the 5 stage induction are shown live and then, broken down for you afterwards so that you get a good grasp of the key points.
I highly recommend this to anyone looking to develop rapport or improve their pre-talk and or induction.
